Although it rained a drizzly mist while we were setting up the tent, the rest of the evening was pretty clear and cool. The kids had a lot of fun "hiking", playing with sticks and avoiding monsters in the dark, in addition to all the usual campfire activities. The night was chilly but the sleeping bags were warm and everyone had a great time. Looking forward to going again!

Paula,
It seems like we have a lot in common. Does your daughter go to ISU? Our son goes there. If you are going to visit some time you should let us know and we could meet there. It is only about an hr and a half for us. Noelle is 15. I think retesting for allergies would be good. We are also getting a new furnace. Ours was very old and her room is in our basement. Are any of your older kids at home? Our toughest transition has been with Teme (supposedly 12) and Noelle. Did I tell you that both my parents are from NE?
